I’ve desided to go on the plunge and try and stop smoking.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Just all of a sudden , almost like the idea to get my drivers licence\u00a0 i just went\u00a0\u00a0 “Fuck it\u00a0 im going to quit”\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This was\u00a0 almost 48 hours ago,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I had 1 pack left and\u00a0 smoked till bed time\u00a0 then layed them down\u00a0 I hope forever.<\/p>\n
4am Wendsday Morning\u00a0 1\/28 was my last smoke as of now.<\/p>\n
I did go out and buy some Nicotine gum, it says to chew 9-12 a day,\u00a0 HOLY CRAP!\u00a0 9-12 a day? Are they fucken crazy?\u00a0 With as much as that gum costs im finding it hard to chew 4 peices a day! HAHA.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Some of that stuff is\u00a0 $75 for a box fo 40.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I found a box of 40 for $25\u00a0 same price as a carton of smokes.\u00a0\u00a0 In 2 days ive had 10 peices\u00a0\u00a0 and\u00a0 am now to a point where\u00a0 im fighting just the nicotine not the smoking.<\/p>\n
Nicotine withdraw if a funny feeling.\u00a0 I can only describe it as this.\u00a0 Its not painful, its the same feeling I used to get 10 years ago when I first started getting high ,\u00a0\u00a0 my hole body tingles and everything is real intence to where my fingers and toes curl up.\u00a0 But\u00a0 I noticed today\u00a0\u00a0 things did smeel a little better then normal….\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 but thats about it so far.\u00a0\u00a0 What do you expect after only 48hours?<\/p>\n
I can’t wait for my taste to fully open up,\u00a0 perhaps i’ll hate some of the stuff i used to like. Who knows right?\u00a0 I did notice my mouth dont taste as nasty\u00a0 in the mornings\u00a0 ,\u00a0 it used to make me want to gag ,\u00a0 now\u00a0\u00a0 my mouth tastes like a mouth LOL.
